Procuri
announced that Allegis Group has selected Procuri's
TotalContracts solution for contract management.
Allegis
chose Procuri in large part because of the company's proven
OnDemand delivery model for fast implementation with minimal
up-front investment.
Allegis
will use Procuri TotalContracts to manage and store
contracts, gain visibility into contract terms, streamline
compliance and reduce supplier risk.
The
win reflects intensifying traction for OnDemand solutions,
which allow experienced users and new adopters alike to solve
immediate business needs while working with tight and increasingly
pragmatic IT budgets. In its March 2005 report, Aberdeen Group
projected continued, broad adoption of these solutions, especially
for the rapidly expanding SMB market, where innovative technology
that improves productivity and efficiency is increasingly
seen as key to competitive advantage.
"We've
already seen enormous benefits from Procuri's OnDemand Contract
Manager module," said Michael Gebhardt, IT purchasing
manager for Allegis Group. "We're excited to continue
taking full advantage of TotalContracts to streamline our
contract management processes - without requiring any back-end
support from our IT resources."
