Link Staffing acquires Labor Force

Link Staffing Services Inc. has acquired Denver-based Labor Force Inc., a move Link said will boost its market presence in Texas and Colorado, and round out its current corporate structure.

This strategic acquisition will expand our current client base significantly and reduce our operating costs," said Bill Pitts, CEO of Link Staffing.

The Houston-based staffing company, with 45 locations nationwide, said the deal will speed up its penetration of the industrial market.
