Leading candidate screening firm reorgs
Accufacts has realigned the organization into a series of Strategic Business Units (SBUs), each aimed at specific product and service offerings and markets. These include: Core Services, Testing Services, Integrated Systems, and Special Projects.
Concurrent with implementing the realignment, Accufacts announces two (2) new product offerings. The first is conducting exit interviews on behalf of clients. This new product is offered by the Core Services Group (CSG). The basic premise is that exit interviews can provide constructive insight into the costly issue of employee turnover. Frequently, departing employees are reluctant to be candid in exit interviews at their former employer. Test marketing involving Accufacts discussions with potential exit interview clients indicated that Accufacts may be more successful in eliciting a departing employee's true issues, concerns, and the reasons for leaving. CSG staff members contact the exiting employee in a post-employment environment. Results are categorized and management information reports are available. These provide statistics regarding reasons for leaving along with graphic illustrations of exit interview results, both at the individual and aggregate levels. The company is now providing this product/service to several clients, including a leading national casual dining chain.
The second new product area is drug testing services offered via the Testing Services Group (TSG). Substance testing is the focus of TSG. Accufacts has engaged leading national laboratories for TSG's clients. Through Accufacts, clients will have over 3,500 locations to serve as collection sites supported by a comprehensive, dedicated service staff. Accufacts is offering full five and ten-panel testing, depending upon the number of substances being screened, as well as comprehensive NIDA/DOT five-panel substance screenings. Substance tests also include complete reviews of results by an independent certified Medical Review Officer.
