Recruiternet, Inc., a leading provider of Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS), announced several major feature enhancements
to its Projectix suite of products. Improved in response to
direct feedback and interest from its hundreds of corporate
HR users, Recruiternet has expanded the Projectix feature
set to include a new offer management suite, additional prescreening
tools, form letters, as well as improvements to its searching
capabilities, database flexibility, and more.
Recruiternet
has developed the following functionality that will be available
immediately for new Projectix customers, and provided free
of charge to existing Projectix customers as part of their
purchase agreements:

New Offer Management Suite
This
allows an HR manager to create an offer to an applicant either
on their own or using the Offer Templates tool. Managers can
track offer status and create offer "signoff paths"
so that each appropriate manager is given an opportunity to
approve or decline before the offer is actually sent, ensuring
control throughout the hiring process.

New Profiling and Prescreening Suite
This
suite allows the HR manager to create multiple candidate-specific
and/or job-specific questionnaires, called profiles, to improve
candidate-to-position matching. A profile can be created and
applied to all incoming candidates, and a different set of
questions can be attached to each specific requisition, enabling
the creation of rich datasets about individual applicants'
suitability for various positions from which more informed
decisions can be made.

Form Letters
New
form letter functionality enables the generation of personalized
letters to applicants at any stage of the interview and hiring
process. Templates include response letters, interview letters,
offer letters, and they may be sent electronically or printed
for mailing. Form letters reduce the time spent on these administrative
tasks while improving a company's responsiveness to each applicant.
To
further improve the rich suite of reporting, tracking, and
database functionality in Projectix, additional improvements
were made to those functions, including:

Improved Application Source Tracking
Candidates
often enter a client database through one source, but return
and apply to another job by following a specific job requisition
posted on a different source. A new reporting tool allows
managers to track both the original source of the candidate
as well as the source of the job-specific application.

Improved EEO Data Collection and Reporting
Managers
can now view complete EEO reports in full compliance with
EEO regulations.

New Requisition Hold Capability
Managers
can place job requisitions on hold without affecting important
position metrics such as time-to-fill.

Improved Database Auditing, Data Stability, and Searching
Tools
The
Projectix system now has better protection against accidental
data deletion, enhanced Boolean searching capabilities, and
improved stability for large databases.
