ATC Healthcare to recruit nurses from India
ATC Healthcare, Inc., a national leader in medical staffing, announced that the Company, in response to the ever-increasing nursing shortage, has formed an alliance with Nurse Resource Group (NRG), a proven leader in the sourcing and recruitment of nursing professionals.
"As the nursing shortage and competition increases, we believe, this outreach is a viable opportunity to bring skilled healthcare workers into the ATC family, assist in alleviating the nursing shortage and generate significant revenue. The initial group of 50 nurses could generate $4-5 million in gross revenue to the Company." NRG has hundreds of additional nurses in training right now. As a result, we expect to see a steady stream of travel nurses, once they start to come through in 12-18 months."
"This initiative represents another milestone in bringing ATC value, by enhancing the scope of the existing travel nurse division." stated David Savitsky, President and CEO.
Anthony Aliucci, President of NRG, added, "International recruitment is rapidly becoming the most efficient way for healthcare facilities to deal with the growing nursing shortage that exists in the United States today. We feel the service we provide offers a long-term solution to this problem. Our relationship with ATC is a key to the success of our business and we look forward to a great relationship."
