Mr. Willaman and Humanatek's Advisory Board will work to help define the new and growing marketing strategies that Humanatek and other HR vendors can deploy. Humanatek has brought together people specializing in human capital development and technology in order to better understand and meet the needs and objectives of Humanatek's clients.

The latest executive to be named to Humanatek's Board of Advisors, Mr. Willaman was formerly a senior executive with several prominent work-life and employee benefits firms, and is a widely respected authority on HR marketing. As founder of Fisher Vista, Willaman provides marketing and pr consultation to a range of dynamic human capital management vendors, and recently introduced an innovative online service called HR Marketer, providing vendors with tools to implement targeted marketing programs and pr initiatives.
