Founder of search firm leaves to accept
partnership with another firm

Connet & Company LLC announced that Joanne Giudicelli has joined the firm as Partner. Joanne comes to Connet & Company from Information Technology Partners, Inc., a search practice she founded in 1990.

Joanne's recruiting focus is on high-impact IT executives, including Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers, across all industries. In addition, she specializes in VP Engineering and R&D executive searches for technology companies. With over 15 years of executive search experience, Joanne has conducted over 300 successful searches, helping companies to staff their technology organizations across every discipline of corporate information systems and infrastructure. She has established relationships with CIO/CTO and VP executives who have significantly impacted their organizations with the development and deployment of customer-focused enterprise and e-Business solutions. Joanne has conducted assignments for venture backed, emerging growth companies, as well as publicly traded, Fortune 1000 companies. Her clients include such companies as Intuit, Visa USA, Wind River Systems, Genentech, CellularOne and Williams Sonoma.

Prior to joining Connet & Company, Joanne was a founder and president of Information Technology Partners, Inc., a Silicon Valley based executive search firm. Earlier in her career, Joanne was an Applications Development Manager responsible for designing, developing and implementing business systems for various industries including transportation, manufacturing, distribution and financial services.
