Bob Marshall, Recruitment Educator

Bob Marshall began his recruiting career in 1980. In 1984,
Bob became the Western Regional Manager of MRI
(the world's largest recruitment firm). He was responsible
for training and support to 60 offices. In 1986, Bob
founded the Bob Marshall Group and began traveling
nationally and internationally, training recruiters. In 1996,
Bob founded ESPro International, Inc. and returned to
working a desk. Bob produced training tapes in 1986
that are classics today, and continue to assist recruiters
to improve their daily, monthly and annual performance.
