Toyota names new W.V. plant boss
Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia Inc. has named Yutaka Mizuno president of its Buffalo, W. Va., engine and transmission plant.

Cleveland plant to reopen
Ford Motor Co. announced Friday that its idled engine plant will reopen in 2003. When production resumes, the factory will employ 650 workers.
