General
Mills goes live with BrassRing Enterprise and mySAP HR
BrassRing Inc., a provider of Talent Relationship Management (TRM)
systems and innovative eRecruiting services, announced this week
that General Mills has gone live with a solution that integrates
BrassRing's Talent Relationship Management offering and SAP's Human
Resources module through real time two-way XML data exchange.
The milestone is the first successfully completed and SAP-validated
integration of a large-scale recruitment ASP with a leading Human
Resources Information System (HRIS).
The successful integration between mySAP(TM) Human Resources (mySAP
HR) and BrassRing Enterprise enables General Mills to collect recruitment
data in a single location, and manage and acquire talent more effectively.
Through the solution integration based on standards developed by
the HR-XML Consortium and co-implemented with SAP, BrassRing is
able to deliver its Enterprise TRM solution to mySAP HR customers.
The integration allows General Mills to connect seamlessly toBrassRing

include:

data integrity

updates

exchange using HR-XML standards via the Internet
