Flint
Energy Services Ltd. is pleased to announce the following
executive appointments: Gary Foreman, currently the President
of Flint's United States operating subsidiary Flint Energy
Services, Inc. (FESI) will be relocating from Tulsa, Oklahoma
to Calgary, Alberta to assume the role of Senior Vice President,
Production Services. Gary is a veteran Flint employee, having
started with the company in 1978. He has spent the last seven
years running FESI. As part of an orderly succession planning
process Paul Boechler will be assuming the position of President
of FESI on Mr. Foreman's transfer. Mr. Boechler has been the
Executive Vice President of FESI, preparing to assume this
role for the last year under Mr. Foreman's tutelage. Prior
to transferring to Tulsa Paul was Vice President Finance for
Flint Energy Services Ltd. Tim O'Brien will take on the position
of Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, transferring
from a similar position in Production Services. This new position
will allow for executive level focus on equipment deployment,
utilization and profitability, as well as assisting in ensuring
that Flint's core support functions such as human resources,
technology services, safety and supply and contract management
provide what is required to make Flint's field operations
efficient, profitable and in tune with customer requirements.
Mr. O'Brien's experience in running Flint's Canadian production
services group
for the last several years make him uniquely qualified for
this position. Flint Energy Services Ltd. is a publicly traded

"FES". Flint provides a full range of integrated
midstream production services through 41 operating locations
throughout western Canada and the southern and mid-western
United States.
