Inc., the leading online job board for technology professionals,
announced the appointment
of three key executives to its wholly owned subsidiary, Dice
Career Solutions. Christine Miller, Director of Marketing,
Dave Gifford, Director of Software Development, and Ed O'Neill,
Director of Technical Services, have joined the company at
its main operation in Des Moines, Iowa. "Over the last
year, Dice has demonstrated the increased strength and value
of its business, which allows us to attract dynamic executives
such as Chris, Dave and Ed," said Scot Melland, President
and CEO of Dice Inc. "Each new team member has extensive
professional experience in their given field, and I am confident
they will play a strategic and integral role in the company's

leader in online recruitment for technology and engineering
professionals." Ms. Miller is a 20-year veteran of marketing
and sales. She was formerly a regional manager at Mathis,
Earnest & Vandeventer, a marketing and communications
firm based in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Ms. Miller was responsible
for providing strategic marketing counsel to clients, as well
as building the business. At Microware, an international provider
of embedded software solutions, she was director of corporate
communications and marketing. In her new position, Ms. Miller
is responsible for overseeing Dice's customer communications,
sales support, marketing, branding, public relations and
advertising. Mr. Gifford manages Dice's software development
team and oversees the strategic research and development for
the company. Mr. Gifford had been the senior enterprise architect
with Marsh, Inc., and was a senior consultant for SofTech,
Ltd. and OpenX Group International. He is also an active board
member of the Central Iowa Java User's Group. Mr. O'Neill
joins Dice with more than 20 years of technology experience.
He is responsible for the company's IT infrastructure, including
hardware and support software for the Dice.com and MeasureUp
Web sites, and will oversee
business systems and internal network operations for the company.
Prior to joining Dice, Mr. O'Neill was a consultant for the
State of California, providing strategic planning and project
management for a prominent infrastructure overhaul.
