news GreenJobInterview and Kenexa recently announced they’ll be working together to enhance the recruitment platform Kenexa 2x BrassRing. The alliance will allow 2x BrassRing full integration with GreenJobInterview’s live virtual interview technology.

The browser-based video interview solution offers cost cutting benefits for both hiring managers and candidates.

“The ability to reduce time-to-hire remains one of the biggest competitive differentiators for hiring companies. By scheduling virtual interviews instead of waiting to coordinate in-person meetings, more candidates can be qualified and advanced to hiring managers for final approval. Live virtual interviews also provide an excellent opportunity for hiring organizations to promote their employment brands as progressive, innovative and environmentally conscious,” said Derek Bluestone, Kenexa’s VP of Product Marketing.

The 2x BrassRing platform is known for its first-class recruitment features and dynamic interface that bridges the gaps between talent life-cycles. The GreenJobInterview functionality provides further efficiency and savings by minimizing costs, maximizing time and reducing environmental impact.

GreenJobInterview also offers a range of customizable features.

“Clients can brand their virtual interview websites with their company’s logo, palette and messaging. Our alliance with Kenexa supports their commitment to delivering world-class employment branding services to their clients, as well as aligns with their focus on being an environmentally responsible organization,” said Greg Rokos, president of GreenJobInterview.

Recruiting software and applicant tracking systems are trending toward greater coverage of the full recruitment life-cycle. Recruiting technology platforms are increasingly integrating interviewing, assessment, and talent management tools into their systems.
