NewsJobscience, a leading Talent Relationship Management provider on Force.com, has recently announced the latest release of of its award-winning TalentCloud Recruiting application . The winter ’12 version is available now and comes equipped with powerful new features for expanding candidate pools and improved data tracking tools for more effective compliance and EEO data collection.

“Today’s high unemployment doesn’t mean that employers are quickly and easily filling open positions,” said Ted Elliott, CEO of Jobscience. “In fact, it’s quite the opposite. HR is buried in resumes from unqualified applicants and struggling to meet the increasing requirements to remain EEO compliant. The reality is that the Tech Talent Wars and the Baby Boomer Skill Gap are keeping many jobs unfilled as more companies tap into the global marketplace to attract top talent.”

Some of the new features of TalentCloud Recruiting Winter ’12 Release include:

  • Dynamic Job Application: Many job applicants become frustrated re-answering questions and re-entering their information over and over again for each new job they apply for. Using artificial intelligence, Dynamic Job Application makes sure candidates are never asked the same question twice. This improves candidate experience and improves compliance requirements for the employer.
  • Extended Candidate Record: Provides a more accurate and extensive view of candidates by taking into account their entire work history, education, and experiences, including part-time, temporary and contract jobs.
  • Apply with LinkedIn: While TalentCloud was already an early adopter of “Apply With LinkedIn” integration, the feature now comes standard with the Winter ’12 release, giving job seekers one of the most effective tools for applying to jobs, uncovering connections, and reaching out within an organization.
  • EEO Compliance Engine: The EEO Compliance Engine allows companies to record, audit, report and display their hiring decisions based on EEO compliance needs. The engine allows keeps track of candidates in similar jobs and across multiple applications.

“There is definitely a talent war going on and qualifying candidates is our biggest issue,” said Jody Hilton, CEO of Strategic IT Staffing. “We are excited about this Winter Release — particularly the Extended Candidate Record Search and the new social media functionality — which we expect to help us efficiently expand pools of qualified candidates for our clients and in turn, place people in roles at companies where they can be successful.”
