hr strategies logoHR firm HR Strategies has announced their new electronic new-hire onboarding system doing away with the requirement of a paper-based process. The paperless system reduces the time of onboarding by eliminating the need for employees to manually fill out employment forms and for employers to enter data into a HRIS or payroll system. Some of the primary features of the electronic onboarding system include new-hire process support, customizable workflows, and tight integration into any HR Strategies HRIS system.

Additionally, the new hire package is completely paperless and facilitates the quick completion of onboarding paperwork by new employees. The onboarding system also tracks the enrollment process, including I-9 enrollment, so will never prematurely complete the onboarding process before an employee correctly submits all of the required information. All data entered into the system is stored digitally making it immediately accessible should the employer need it.

The system also avoids potential issues with illegible handwriting. New employees should be able to complete the entire process from home before their first day of work. Employees are also able to select benefits in an environment more conducive to research and informed decision making. The onboarding system is one component of a suite of several HR solutions offered by HR Strategies including payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, tax administration, regulatory compliance, HR consulting, and training solutions.
