The cloud-based recruitment metrics software gives recruiters more control over their personal performance by identifying, tracking, and measuring key recruitment performance indicators and delivering results in an interactive and easy-to-understand format.

RPM has already partnered with PCRecruiter and Sendouts for automatic data integration, and teamed up with the MRINetwork and Next Level Exchange for targeted recruitment training resources.
