TextRecruit Streamlines Mobile Recruiting with Text Messaging

Though not a new concept, TextRecruit is seeking to change mobile texting with job seekers and candidates without going through a personal or company cell phone plane, which don’t allow specialty functionality to employers such as tracking, reporting, data storage, or remaining compliant.

Startup TextRecruit seeks to create a central location for recruiting teams to send, manage and track candidate text messages at scale, without use of a personal phone. This web based solution can be used stand alone or can be fully integrated into an applicant tracking system. According to TextRecruit co-founder and CEO, Erik Kostelnik:
