at Michael Page International are not paid on commission.
They are salaried professionals who are committed to the long-term
needs of clients and candidates. This compensation structure
makes all the difference between getting paid for placements
versus getting paid for long-term results.
Career
Path
Michael
Page International's international network facilitates the
promotion and movement of employees to different offices around
the world. From the outset, a career orientation is encouraged
with ongoing levels of progression and seniority. New hires
are trained immediately to become superior business developers
rather than starting as researchers or merely focusing exclusively
on execution. The typical career path begins at the consultant
level. The consultant is responsible for fulfilling all aspects
of the recruitment process, including research, new business
development, candidate screening and placement. Once the consultant
proves himself/herself, the consultant is promoted to the
manager level. The manager is responsible for mentoring a
team of consultants, typically overseeing a regional office.
