Brian Weis
In early 1990's Brian began as a Recruiter and work for several
staffing and IT consulting companies. Along the journey he
was promoted into sales/recruiting manager roles. In the late
90's, he founded three companies, Recruiters Network, Recruiters
Alliance and LocalCareers.com.
Recruiters Network, The Association for Internet Recruiting, is one of the leading recruiting portals. The Association offers a complete recruiting resource directory including an online forum, weekly newsletter, recruiting articles and tips, a directory of career sites. In addition Recruiters Network performs online studies and polls to track industry trends.
LocalCareers.com, Inc. comprises of several regional based career sites, including WiJobs.com, ChicagoJobs.com, ArizonaJobs.com, MichiganJobs.com, TexasJobs.com, CaliforniaJobs.com, etc and industry specific sites like Jobs4HR.com, JobsinRecruiting.com and Jobs4Sales.com.
Recruiters Alliance is a network for third party Recruiters and recruiting agencies to perform splits by sharing candidates and job orders. Recruiters Alliance has over 3500 members.
