Lou Adler is a veteran recruiter and is President and Founder of POWERHiring.com (1999), a new hiring portal and training company, and CJA-The Adler Group (1978), a major executive search and organizational consulting firm headquartered in Southern California. His industry career includes general management positions with the Allen Group and senior level financial management positions with Rockwell's Automotive and Consumer Electronics groups.

Lou Adler is author of Hire With Your Head, A Rational Way to Make a Gut Decision, (John Wiley and Sons, 1998), and the Nightingale Conant audio tape program, POWER Hiring: How to Find, Assess, Hire and Keep Great Talent (1998). Just released is his new half-day workshop, Taming the eRecruiting Jungle.

Lou is a frequent contributor to Bottom Line: Business, and has been featured in recent articles in the LA Times, the Orange County Register, HR Magazine, Fortune magazine, and in Carol Kleiman's Chicago Tribune's syndicated column, "Your Job."
