OUTSTANDING
ACCOMPLISHMENT: Co-founder of three companies providing innovative
customer care to large institutional clients primarily in the
financial services industry; successfully sold these companies
to Zurich Insurance, Convergys and a client.
"In
a business that can tend to treat people like commodities, everyone
at On Assignment not only recognizes, but acts upon the recognition
that every candidate is a person with a name, with talents and
a career, aspirations, and a personal life. We intend to continue
to raise the bar on this issue, and I think that's going to
make a positive contribution to an industry that lost a lot
of its humanity to pricing wars. The fact that everyone at On
Assignment acts out this philosophy everyday is a well-deserved
point of pride for our entire organization, and it makes our
job more satisfying at the same time it drives more success
from our enterprise." Joe Peterson, M.D.
