Lee is co-author of "Career Choice, Change and Challenge" (2000, JIST Pub.), and "The Jobs Rated Almanac" (2002, Barricade). He sits on the board of Access, a national nonprofit clearinghouse in Washington, D.C., that helps nonprofits attract talented new hires, and Staffing.org, a nonprofit advisory group that works with HR departments to improve their staffing metrics. Lee is formerly Editor in Chief of the 'National Business Employment Weekly' and of 'Managing Your Career', both published by Dow Jones & Co.

Lee has written The Wall Street Journal's "Managing Your Career" column, and his articles have appeared in hundreds of publications internationally. He also appears monthly as a career guidance authority on NBC's "Early Today" show, is a regular guest on other TV and radio programs produced by CNBC, ABC, CNET, WCBS and The Wall Street Journal, and is a frequent conference speaker in the U.S. and internationally. Tony, his wife and two daughters live in Mercer County, N.J.
