annual guide to Applicant Tracking Systems and produces the popular ERExpo events twice annually.

Prior to founding the ERE, David was the Manager of Internet Strategy at
TMP Worldwide, a leading recruitment advertising agency and the parent company of Monster.com, the leading recruitment web site on the Internet. In his capacity at TMP, David designed and implemented Internet recruitment
strategies for clients such as IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Merck.
