For twelve years Yessne had direct, hands-on staff and line experience in the office support temporary help and permanent placement business, first as an independent owner of a full service specialty employment services firm, and later as a key corporate executive in the $600 million Adia Services organization (now merged into Adecco). His perspectives on employment services are enhanced by a strong analytical approach, refined during a four-year stint at the Dataquest market research and consulting organization.

As Chairman of Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. (SIA), Yessne also directs the Staffing Industry Executive Forum, an annual conference for Staffing Industry Report subscribers and other industry executives interested in exploring strategic business issues for staffing firms (coming up March 2003 in New York City). Over the last decade the Executive Forum has become recognized as the industry's executive level trade meeting.
