Rhona lead her group to an impressive 10% increase over 2001
revenue.
Rhona has contributed significantly to the growth and success
of Volt Services Group. With management responsibility for 40
offices in Southern California, Nevada and Minnesota, Rhona's
branches represent $153 million in revenue for Volt. She has
responsibility for over 90 managed programs, several with Fortune
100 companies.

300. Rita has over fourteen years experience in the highly competitive
technical staffing industry. Her experience enables her to speak
to high-tech managers on global recruiting, and other progressive
means to staff the technology entities within private organizations
and government. She is an expert on free agent and consultant
trends.Rita developed the service delivery methodology named
PowerMatchä which is Hall Kinion's proprietary screening
and matching process that separates Hall Kinion from its' competitors.
Rita is on the Executive Advisory Board of New Work Media and
is a member of NACCB, ITAA and WITI.

Neil Lebovitz

Neil
is responsible for all sales and operational functions for Ajilon's
professional staffing divisions in North America - Ajilon Finance,
Ajilon Office, and Ajilon Legal. He joined Ajilon Finance, then
Accountants On Call, in June of 1991 as Branch Vice President
for the Paramus, NJ office. Prior to being named president and
C.O.O., Neil's leadership of the Northeast region produced a
string of accomplishments that made it the most successful region
in the country.
Neil has been at the helm of the firm's re-branding strategy.
He also undertook a successful business transformation campaign
in late 2001 to implement a candidate-driven approach to its
recruiting strategy and also to reduce turnover by creating
a dynamic and rewarding work atmosphere across the country.
The results have been a major reduction in turnover. |
