bio
Kappel obtained an engineering degree from Ohio University
in 1980, and he began his career in the Nuclear Equipment
Division of Babcock & Wilcox as a software and process
engineer. He founded Top Echelon Network in 1988 and Top Echelon
Contracting in 1992 to help small- and medium-sized recruiting
firms make permanent and contracting placements.
