Wayne
is the CEO of Kennedy Information, Inc., a leading information
provider to the recruiting, consulting and financial services
industries. Kennedy publishes Executive Recruiter News, Recruiting
Trends, the famous "Red Book" - The Directory of
Executive Recruiters, research reports on the recruiting industry
(such as The E-Recruiting Marketplace, Benchmarking your Career
Web Site, Opportunities in Executive Search and Executive
Recruiting: Fees, Compensation and Key Operating Benchmarks).
Kennedy also produces leading conferences for the recruiting
industry including The Executive Search Summit (in NY at the
Princeton Club on October 3rd and 4th) and the largest event
for recruiters in the world, the Recruiting and HR Solutions
Conference and Expo (in NY at the Javitts Convention Center
on November 6th and 7th).
Wayne has grown Kennedy Information dramatically over the
past 6 years. Before joining Kennedy, he was a management
consultant with Monitor Company (where he ran the company's
West Coast practice) and Bain & Co. He also worked at
Goldman, Sachs and The World Bank. He holds a B.A. in Economics
from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business
School.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Newsletter and
Electronic Publishers Association and several information
companies. A former Eagle Scout, he is currently active in
YPO, AIPAC and several local community organizations. He lives
in New Hampshire with his wife Lisa, daughter Alessandra (6),
and sons Bennett (5) and Kenton (2).
