Ben Roth enjoys more than 20 years of staffing industry experience. Ben first joined a regional staffing firm, earning a position as the second largest owner of the company and was instrumental in expanding the company into a national presence over the next ten years. During this time, Ben pioneered the staffing industry's first vendor-on-premise program in 1984. This concept set the standard for quality and value, benefiting the customer and forever changing the staffing industry.

In 1994, Ben founded Roth Staffing Companies, Inc., the general partner to Ultimate Staffing Services, LP, Abacus Staffing for Accounting and Accounting Alliance. Five years later, Roth Staffing was recognized as America's #1 fastest growing, privately held company ranked by Inc. magazine; and Ernst & Young named Ben Roth "Entrepreneur of the Year" for business services. His leadership stretches from creating the sole of the company in its mission, vision and values, to new company initiatives and innovations, and directing the company to become a "best-in-class" organization.
