Since joining The New York Times Company in March 1997, Andy has held senior management positions, most recently as Group Director for Recruitment Advertising. In this capacity, Andy is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the newspaper's recruitment advertising initiatives that have culminated in early 2002 in the introduction of the paper's integrated print and online recruitment offering - The New York Times Job Market.

To champion thought leadership on emerging issues and trends facing the business community, Andy oversees The New York Times Job Market research that reports weekly on industry trends and workplace practices affecting employers and job seekers. Prior to joining The New York Times, Andy was Eastern Advertising Sales Manager at Children's TV Workshop. Prior to that, he held various sales management positions at Child Magazine, part of The New York Times Women's Magazine division. Andy began his career in the Media Services group at McCann-Erickson Worldwide.
