shows rise in hiring costs

comprehensive 2001 Benchmarking Reports reflect responses
from over 800 companies in 20 industries throughout the
United States. Participants responded to questions in

Hiring
decisions becoming more complicated for hiring managers
Almost
one-third of survey respondents involved in the hiring
process indicated that it required four or more people
to make the hiring decision. For 58 percent of hiring
managers, two to three people were involved in making

putting their pasts under the microscope as never before.
