Jon TopGraded his corporate leadership group from 19% to 61% "A" talent by the end of 2001. Jon's programs and processes allowed the employees to complete the assessments in an empowering manner. Only 30% left the company. A greater number were re-assigned and quite thankful for the opportunity to perform at the level of their competency not above it.
