About David Lord:
David A. Lord is founder and president of Executive Search Information
Services (ESIS) and is a consultant to corporations on the process
of "going outside" at the executive level.
He
has helped more than 50 Fortune 500 corporations improve their
effectiveness in executive recruiting, assisting with improved
management of the executive search process and in the selection
and engagement of specialized executive search resources.
David
is a frequently quoted writer and speaker on issues in executive
recruiting and has been an analyst of the management consulting
and executive search fields since 1987.
He
is facilitator of the Executive Search Information Exchange,
a research and discussion group for executive talent officers
from about 50 leading corporations who meet regularly in New
