About Mark S. Marcon:
"Mr. Marcon is the senior equity analyst at Wachovia Securities covering
the HR and Workforce Solutions industry which includes staffing,
executive search, HR consulting, and HR outsourcing companies. Mr. Marcon
is one of the longest tenured and most influential analysts on Wall Street
covering the staffing and recruiting industries. He is well known for his
strong knowledge of the companies he covers and was ranked as the number
one analyst in the sector for earnings estimate accuracy by Starmine.com.
Mr. Marcon was one of the first to use the term "human capital solutions"
to describe the industry when he published his 140 page report, "The
Coming Boom In Human Capital Solutions", in April of 2001. He is a
highly quoted authority in the sector having been quoted in the Wall
Street Journal, the New York Times, and Fortune as well as other
publications and has appeared on Bloomberg Television. Prior to joining
Wachovia Securities in 1998, Mr. Marcon spent four years at Cleary Gull
Reiland & McDevitt, where he was a senior analyst covering the same
industry. He joined Cleary Gull following five years with Leo Burnett,
where he was an account supervisor providing business analysis and
consulting services. Mark earned his MBA from the University of Michigan
and his BA from the University of Virginia. Between undergraduate and
business school, Mr. Marcon served as an Army Armor (tank) officer in
Germany. He holds a CFA charter and is a member of the Richmond Society
