Roger H. Ballou:
Roger H. Ballou is President and Chief Executive Officer and
a Director of CDI Corp. Prior to joining CDI, he served as
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Vacation Group
and as a senior advisor to Thayer Capital Partners. He previously
was Vice Chairman/Chief Marketing Officer and then President
and Chief Operating Officer of Alamo Rent-a-Car. For more
than 16 years prior to joining Alamo, Ballou held several
executive positions with American Express, culminating in
his appointment as President of the Travel Services Group.
He holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School, University
of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School,
Dartmouth College.
