Major
Accomplishment: Paul leads the largest executive search firm
in the world, with over 70 offices in 36 countries throughout
North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. Paul
was one of the first 'outsiders' recruited to lead a prestigious
search firm. Korn/Ferry's acknowledgment of the paradigm shift
occurring in the search industry stimulated the move to a
person who could bring 'fresh ideas', in-depth knowledge and
the experience of running International professional services
organization.
