Julio Arrieta is CEO of Adecco USA and Zone Manager for the USA, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Adecco USA, an operation with nearly 1,500 points of sales and service in all 50 states, is the largest staffing services company in the country and part of Adecco North America, which generated $4.5 billion in revenues in 2001.

Mr. Arrieta started his career with Adecco in 1993 as a branch manager in Spain, and soon thereafter became a regional manager. In 1996 he became country manager in Chile, and in 1998 Argentina, Peru and Uruguay were added to his responsibilities. He became general manager of South America in 1999, and in 2000 general manager of Adecco throughout Latin America, a total of 15 countries. Most recently, he was general manager of the Americas.

Mr. Arrieta holds a degree in mine engineering from the Escuela de Minas in Spain.
