Pat Scopelliti
Having sold his services to a recruiting
firm at the end of 1993, Pat has since established
his position as teacher's teacher to the
most innovative and best performing segment
of franchisees in the MRI family. He began
his career as an entrepreneur, building
a nationally recognized distributor of books
to the computer retail industry. Deciding
to try his hand as an employee, and ever
the salesman, Pat perfected his selling
craft over the telephone with a series 3
commodity broker's license. His innovative
sales methods were captured by his firm
and employed in training other brokers in
establishing high value beginning account
relationships. In his years as a consultant,
and engaging his strong psychological skills,
he has focused on the artistic relationship
of the business as an expression of its
owner's identity and passions. The unique
palate of tools and instruments Pat has
created empower his clients to new levels
of performance, and have aided in setting
the pace and volume records in the MRI family.
Perhaps, as a teacher, Pat's greatest claim
is that he reads well and remains addicted
to learning while he attempts, successfully,
to infuse his students with the same addiction.
He is also the author of a growing body
of proprietary articles focusing on the
history and future of performance in the
recruiting world. Together with his son
Nicholas, Pat has also created a growing
email based, subscription service supporting
powerful goal setting, performance tracking
and professional development, and dedicated
to the creation of true performance numeracy,
called the Lock-On Report.
