Bill has led a number of significant technical, assessment and work process innovations that have allowed P&G to maintain its outstanding reputation as a leader in campus recruiting at many of the finest schools in the country.

Bill Reina, a P&G employee for 25 years, is currently the company's director of global recruiting and staffing.He is one of 3 people awarded the first ever William Cooper Procter Award for profound technical mastery and contrbution to the business.Conceptualized and led the development of the bio-data embedded scoreable application form and problem solving assessor. Both are validated assessment instruments that have improved our reach at non-traditional sources
improved P&G's diversity mix, saved significant administrative costs( in the hundreds of thousands of dollar range), accelerated the selection process, and provided a more balanced total assesment of candidates earlier in the recruiting process than ever before. These inventions have led to record results in many area's of P&G.


Bill graduated from Colgate University with an A.B. in psychology and attended New York Universities MBA program concentrating in management. He has served on the Employer Steering Committee for the Harvard Business School, on the Dean's Advisory Council for the University of Cincinnati's MBA Program, and is currently on the HR-MBA Advisory Council at Indiana University. Bill has been a board member of the Jobs for Cincinnati program, the Private Industry Council, METCOR group and other organizations.
