William
O. Warren, DirectEmployers.com |
 |
|
Bill
is the granddad of on-line recruiters.
He launched OCC, the precursor to
Monster.com, in 1992 on a pre-Windows
platform, when most commercial Internet
connections moved at a snail's baud
rate of 14.4. Before anyone had ever
heard of "dot.coms,' or even
the World Wide Web, OCC was running
its own online "killer app."
Bill is passionate about the use of
technology to impact human capital
acquisition and management.
