We are committed to knowledge sharing, and encourage HR professionals to contribute content, best practices and tips that would enrich the community.

You can send us your articles, whitepapers, perspectives, etc., to . Please send your piece as a text file attachment (Notepad, etc.), with one piece only per attachment. Incude your bio with each piece, so we can display it with your articles. We do NOT accept PDF attachments, or non-text attachments. We are currently working on enhancing the Recruiter.com website to allow you to post your contributions directly to our site in the future.

In the interest of maintaining our editorial standards, please be advised that all contributions are subject to review and approval by our Chief Editor. All submissions are bound by our terms and content policy.

Content Guidelines
1. It's all about quality. However, please be aware that our readers are busy HR professionals, so keep your articles short and to the point. If an article exceeds 3000 words in length, consider submitting it as two stand-alone articles.

2. We prefer articles that are informative in nature, not pursuasive. Your goal should be to inform the greater HR community.

3. Stick to your area of expertise. Remember that your articles will be displayed in front of over 100,000 readers every month - so stay within your realm of expertise and build on your reputation as an expert in your field.

4. Our readers are HR professionals with significant experience under their belt. Most are business owners. Tailor the language of your articles to them. Don't assume they know the buzzwords of your specialized field, but do assume that they do know a lot about HR in general. Tell them something they don't know!

5. Back up your arguments with data. Quote research papers. Focus on less verbiage and more facts.

6. Do not repeat the same topics. Our readers are busy professionals, and want new insight and intelligence into the industry.




Recruiter.com does not pay to use any of the articles submitted. If your submission is accepted and meets our editorial standards, we will publish it on our website and give you/your company exposure in front of our 200,000 plus members, as well as the 100,000 new visitors to our website every month.
