Yesterday, we shared an infographic about six types of toxic employees. Today, we have another, similar infographic that sort of serves as a complement to that one.

Headway Capital, purveyor of credit for small businesses, has a new infographic that describes six common types of employees based on their Myers-Briggs personality types. The infographic also offers tips on how to motivate each one of these employees and push them to their highest levels of performance.

According to Headway Capital, money’s not the answer when it comes to motivation – at least, it’s not the whole answer. As it turns out, our emotional states at work account for about 43 percent of our work ethics. So, if you really want a high-performing workforce, you need to not only meet your employees’ financial needs, but also fulfill their emotional needs.
