Its online portal streamlines enrollment through a lifestyle-based system for bundling traditional employee benefits with best-in-class wellness services on a product agnostic private exchange. After enrollment, Maxwell engages employees with a consumer-friendly mobile app that provides centralized access to benefits information, a wellness program that integrates data from top-line fitness devices, a healthcare concierge, a telemedicine solution, and other wellness services.
Through this partnership, BambooHR customers can purchase Maxwell Health from their current account representative for one bundled price. Maxwell Health will also be implemented and supported by BambooHR’s customer service team.
