 BambooHR, a leading online HR software provider for small and medium businesses, has announced a partnership with Maxwell Health that will provide customers the ability to sync employee census data from BambooHR’s SaaS with Maxwell Health’s online platform for employee benefits.

This new integration will help business owners and HR managers increase back-office efficiencies by allowing them to manage benefits paperlessly and leverage a single system of record for all other employee and employer information.

Maxwell Health is a fully paperless, end-to-end operating system for employee benefits. Its online portal streamlines enrollment through a lifestyle-based system for bundling traditional employee benefits with best-in-class wellness services on a product agnostic private exchange. After enrollment, Maxwell engages employees with a consumer-friendly mobile app that provides centralized access to benefits information, a wellness program that integrates data from top-line fitness devices, a healthcare concierge, a telemedicine solution, and other wellness services.

Through this partnership, BambooHR customers can purchase Maxwell Health from their current account representative for one bundled price. Maxwell Health will also be implemented and supported by BambooHR’s customer service team.
