Simply Hired’s performance-based job advertising platform will be integrated with the Bullhorn applicant tracking system and customer relationship management solution (ATS/CRM). Bullhorn and Simply Hired will also debut an industry first integration with Simply Apply, a one-click apply feature that allows job seekers to apply to open positions using a saved resume.

Key features of the joint offering include:

• Expansive, unique candidate audience: More than 50 percent of the 30 million visitors to Simply Hired are unique to the service.

• Simply Apply: Advertised jobs are displayed with a Simply Apply logo, alerting job seekers that they can apply using a saved resume for a streamlined application and hiring process.

• Advanced Personalization: The offering leverages Simply Hired’s proprietary technology and predictive personalization to match the right candidates to the right jobs, delivering a higher volume of qualified candidates and driving new efficiency.

• Candidate Insights: Qualified candidates submit their applications directly through Bullhorn, while providing recruiters with attribution data to help them understand their most effective candidate sources.
