Human Resource Systems Group (HRSG), a provider of talent management software and competency-based services, has recently announced that they will be hosting a webinar focused on best practices in employee assessment. The upcoming event, entitled: “Competencies: Your Talent Capability Meter,” aims to educate attendees on the various talent management strategies that can be accessed through proper use of employee assessments. The event will be hosted by Lorraine McKay, Senior Vice President of HRSG.
“We want to help human resource professionals to be able to measure employee productivity and talent with very specific, easy to integrate practices,” says McKay, “and we will examine how these competencies can be used to improve employee performance.”
