enterprise workforce visibility IQNavigator, the leading provider of non-employee workforce management solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Visier, a leader in workforce intelligence. Through the partnership the companies will deliver insights in the complete, extended workforce.

IQNavigator and Visier are provided an integrated approach that combines non-employee (or contingent) labor data from IQNavigator’s Vendor Management System (VMS) with employee data from Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions.

“Making faster, fact-based decisions regarding total workforce is a daily concern for our customers, especially with a growing reliance on non-employee labor to quickly fill talent gaps,” said Joe Juliano, president and CEO of IQNavigator. “Our partnership with Visier will revolutionize how our customers view and act on their extended workforce. For the first time, they’ll have easy access to the direct and indirect costs related to managing permanent and non-employee labor, which typically represents as much as 70 percent of a company’s total costs.”

“Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions shine a light on what may otherwise be organizational blind spots, letting HR and business leaders uncover opportunities for optimization, predict future trends, develop data-driven plans, and take proactive actions,” said John Schwarz, Visier founder and CEO. “Our partnership with IQNavigator allows organizations to easily extend this value to their total workforce, including employees and all contingent staff. For the first time, customers can easily analyze their entire workforce together – against the same measures – to optimize their business results.”

The companies’ focus is on Total Workforce Visibility, designed to provide deeper insights into talent sourcing and management.
