newsKnowledgeVision Systems has created an innovative new tool, KVStudio 4.1 that synchronizes video, presentation slides, just-in-time footnotes, and navigation. Known for its cloud-based tools and services, KnowledgeVision Systems is addressing the time and distance challenges for corporate learning in environments with multiple locations.

The newly created tool features support for SCORM, the global standard for sharable multimedia content, which helps KnowledgeVision presentations to be integrated easily into most corporate Learning Management Systems. Companies can easily create online video and audio presentations utilizing PowerPoint slides, web pages and applications, and more to communicate with employees or customers.

According to CEO Michael Kolowich, “Recent research shows that employee training is still the #1 application for corporate video. And more than half of all companies surveyed use video for customer education. KnowledgeVision is making a major commitment to these critical applications, with tools that make creation and deployment of rich learning content easier than ever.”

Research completed by Interactive Media Strategies’ “Business Video Market Forecast, 2011-2015” indicates that 61 percent of companies use video to train employees and 52 percent to train customers. Kristin Lynde, Director of Learning and Development for HR services company, Randstand, had this to say about the new tool: “KnowledgeVision’s tools make it easy for us to take our best presentations and trainers and project them far and wide, and its new SCORM features make this content snap in to our Learning Management System so its use can be tracked on an individual learner level.”

KnowledgeVision is offering a fully-functional 30-day free trial. To view an online demonstration and learn more about KnowledgeVision, please visit http://www.knowledgevision.com/demonstration.
