ADAInteract is designed to assist Human Resource teams manage all aspects of an employee accommodation and accommodation requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA.)
Optis’ ADAInteract helps organizations increase efficiency in their disability accommodations process by providing a centralized system for Human Resources to use to manage accommodation requests and the ADAAA interactive process. With ADAInteract, Human Resources is more readily able to provide the needed workplace changes maximizing employee productivity. ADAInteract is offered as a stand-alone product, and is also embedded in Optis’ FMLA tracking solution, LeaveXpert.
