Sentric, Inc., a cloud-based workforce solutions provider, has announced the release of its turn-key, auditable time management solution supporting PPACA compliance. SentricTime is built upon the company’s time and attendance solution SentricTLM, which minimizes administrative tasks to save HR staff time and effort.

SentricTime is designed to be setup within a few days and offers a solution for employers to meet the July 1, 2013 deadline for determining employer status under the PPACA. The law requires a set of specific calculations be used to designate employers as “large” and therefore under certain PPACA obligations to their employees. Non-compliance penalties can mount up to $3000 per employee.
SentricTime includes time and attendance features for overtime, rounding, and holiday rules, employee self-service, and a Web Clock or ID Punch 7 Proximity Reader. SentricTime also includes reports for quickly aggregating ACA data with a single button. SentricTime provides a free clock to subscribers with additional clocks available for $0.75 per employee per month with a $35.50 minimum monthly fee.
