Reporting to the head of global talent acquisition, you will support the team throughout the full-cycle recruiting process with a strong focus on providing a world-class candidate experience. As part of HyperScience’s global talent acquisition team, the recruiting operations & enablement team is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts: referral programs and events, offers and contracts compliance, interview scheduling, data analytics, and reporting, recruiting training, ATS administration, and process management.
